This past year, during our "build" of the water catchment dam, there was a wonderful display of flags from the various countries represented by the Rotarians who had traveled to India for the purpose of administering polio vaccine drops to children AND to participate in the construction of our seventh water catchment dam.
I had suggested that each of us bring a flag representing our respective countries, so they could be properly displayed at the dam site. The display was breathtaking!
This year, I have encouraged the same, but added the flags of the various states we represent and below are some of the flags we hope to have on display at this year's dam sites. Below, I have included many of the flags we hope to display at the dam site, showing the amazing breadth of support for this project. Please take time to view all of the flags, and for those which do NOT have the name of the state showing, try to identify them!
